Question 1: Who principally obtained power from the original American Constitution of 1787? Please use one of the eight reasonable theories(I choose Representative democracy) and please limit your thinking and discussion to the features of the original document up through the first ten amendments(the bill of rights), the characteristics of the men who wrote the constitution, and the historical period of the late 1700s?
Question 2: Was this distribution of power just or unjust in terms of freedom, equality, and order?

Body Paragraph 1(The 11 years before the Constitution):
Topic Sentence: The eleven years before the constitution suggest that the constitution would create a representative democracy because there were a series of problem that threatened the nation as a whole, and these problems left them with a fear of the government.
Body Paragraph 2(The characteristics of the 55 authors):
Topic Sentence: The fact that the 55 authors were representatives from 12 states and believed in natural rights of all men and the idea that governments are created by the people suggests that they would create a representative democracy that would represent the people.

Topic Sentence: The indirect selection of national government officials suggests that the American form of government is a representative democracy because the house is directly elected by the people and the other three trace their authority back to the people.

Topic Sentence: Single-member plurality elections in the U.S. population are divided into 435 equally populated districts thereby creating a representative democracy wherein the majority rules, and protects the minority’s viewpoint from an over-zealous majority.

Topic Sentence 1: Policy making is slow and difficult in the American Constitutional system because there has to be an established fairness amongst the people the majority has to be represented in a representative democracy. However they can not be partial and one sided. An accepted policy needs to be reviewed and changed until it is almost perfect reasonable and This is because the policy is not followed by one person but rather a whole in this case.
Topic Sentence 2: The author of the constitution were worried about power being centralized into one government and a representative democracy solves this problem by further dividing the power equally onto the majority while protecting the minority viewpoint from an over-zealous majority.
