The subject of my interest is Pakistan pop music. For this purpose I will be going to Atif Aslam concert. Atif Aslam is a Pakistani pop musician who have sang multiple song for Pakistan and in India for Bollywood. The subject interest me the most because firstly Atif Aslam is my favorite musician that is why I started listening to pop music and secondly the way he combine pop music with his vocal belting technique makes you listen to his music again and again. For the fieldwork I will have my cousin who host and produce concert for most of Bollywood and Pakistani singer in America to give me permission and help me conduct my research on the show. The field site would be Lowell Memorial Auditorium, 50 East Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA 01852 but right now I don’t have an accurate date of the concert but according to my cousin the concert will take place in mid-November. I will provide the concert ticket, photographs along with field note to prove that I was in the concert and I actually did conduct my research for the research paper due on December 2.I have just one question do I have to actually sit or stand and take notes during concert.
