1. Pick an existing process model for problem-solving from scholarly literature. Describe it. Explain why this specific p-s strategy or approach is useful in YOUR work ) (give evidence) (I am a senior clinical engineer in a governmental hospital). (Maximum 300 words.)
2. In another 200 words, describe what the effect would be if everyone in your organisation (or division of the organisation) understands this p-s approach (discussed in section 1) and readily apply it in workgroup activities where non-routine (non-programmed) problems are addressed.
Guidelines and technical requirements
You have few words to use, make sure every word counts. The title, (up to) three word subtitles, citations (in the APA style), and the list of references (in APA style, do not count towards the word count.
Type your answers on a single A4 sheet (back to back, with your name in the header). Use double spacing for your answers, but single or 1.15 spacing for the reference list. Use a clear font in 11 or 12 pt.
Make sure your answers are based on 80%+ scholarly resources.
Make sure you demonstrate critical thinking, that your argumentation is logical and substantiated, and that focused on answering the questions.
