I’m completing a dissertation in Leading Innovation and Change – I have chosen to complete research on leader’s perception of change and the types of support they need in times of change.
I’ve completed a draft literature review (1200 words which is attached) and need assistance to expand this and increase the wordage to 3300 words.
Please NOTE: The attached also includes my introduction, research question and objectives that are highlighted in yellow this is ONLY for your information to give you some background on the research I am undertaking and DOES NOT form part of the literature review and must not be included in the 3300 words.
The headings in the literature review section of the attached research proposal are different than the headings below, however I feel the structure of the below headings is more logical for the final literature review.
Please use the headings below for the literature review and adjust any or all of the content provided (in the DRAFT literature review) and expand on it using the headings and structure below:
1. The effects of change on people in organisations, and the potential for resistance to change
2. The reactions of people (including leaders) to change being dependent on their perceptions of the change
3. The role(s) of leaders in managing change in organisations
4. The support that leaders and others need in times of change
The literature review should:
• Evidence breadth and depth of relevant material reviewed
• Critically review/analyse materials as opposed to paraphrasing
• Show professionalism in quoting other materials (using Harvard referencing)
• Demonstrate a logical conceptual development
• Logical nature of presentation in primary and secondary data
• Organise the primary /and or secondary data findings under logical, thematic headings
I’ve attached (23) relevant referencing materials that must be included in the review.
In total, there should a minimum of 35-40 different materials referenced using Harvard Style Referencing.
The literature review should also include relevant diagrams (at least 5)
