Instructions:

You will be asked to individually select a corporation – any corporation you are interested in studying, and to analyze some aspect of its corporate strategy. In your paper, you should first describe in some detail what are the main expansion options that the firm is pursuing and then go on to analyze how sound the strategy is and make predictions in terms of whether this strategy will create or destroy value.
Notes: If you can pick a company you are relatively familiar with. Keep in mind to write the paper from a Corporate Strategy angle, meaning discuss their SWOT’s, their expansion strategies pursued for growth, motivations there, analyze their strategic moves, and most importantly your predictions if the strategy creates or destroy value for the firm & consumers. Remember to use financial information where needed: financial exhibits, ROI, major press release announcements, etc.
