3- What question are you trying to answer ?

4- Why is the topic important ?

5- What dose the reader need to know to understand you experiment ?

7- Finishes with a clear statement of aim (write the hypothesis as question) And the hypothesis (is that RANKL induce the tenparer expression of TRAP mRNA which were translated into TPAP protein leads to the differentiation of MQ into OSTEO’S.

Method : Write a very brief information, it is only one page for both experiments and refer to the practical manual and (Aurum Total RNA Mini Kit- please see the attached ) as references .
