Project Procurement Process
Based on either your personal project experience or your research, select a project. (If you prefer, use one of the case study projects.) In 5-7 page research paper, discuss the PMBOK’s 4 processes of project procurement, and how they are applied to your project’s procurement efforts. In your paper, highlight potential differences between commercial and government project procurements.
* Student links the individual assignment to content described in the course text(s) and clearly links the individual assignment to discussion in course Conferences. The individual assignment will include the student’s and other students’ viewpoints in connection with peer discussions in those Conference discussions.

* Student makes use of appropriate and relevant charts, tables, or diagrams to reinforce the student’s research or ideas, but does not dominate the individual assignment with such charts, tables, or diagrams.
* The length of the individual assignment does not deviate from the required page length or word count range of the individual assignment. APA-style requirements for formatting the structure of the individual assignment, such as a cover page, abstract, and references are not calculated as a part of the length of the individual assignment (either page length or word count).
* The individual assignment is formatted according to APA-style—including cover, running header, summary, citations, references, and the like—but with a few minor deviations.
