You will be asked to demonstrate the application of the problem solving technique you selected and the solution you propose for the problem presented in the case.

• Reflective Thinking Process
• Kepner-Tregoe Approach

Section 1: Application (10 pts)
Provide a narrative or a visual diagram of your technique. For example, if you select the Reflective Thinking Process, your worksheet will identify and address the six basic components of the technique. If you select the Fishbone Technique, your paper should include a diagram resembling the skeleton of a fish, etc.
Section 2: Solution (5 pts)
Once you have applied the process to reach a solution to the problem presented in the case, state your proposed solution.
Section 3: Evaluation (10 pts)
Conclude with a brief evaluation of how the technique you applied helped you solve the problem. What value do you see in the technique? Are there weaknesses in the process? Do you think you can/will use the technique in your personal or professional life? Why or why not?
