Required to write a formal report critically analysing one identified corporate strategy theory. [eg. Ansoff, Porter etc]. The report will evaluate and summarise the model chosen, and reflect their individual analysis of its value to corporate strategy. The report should be 500 words in length (+ or – 10%).
The individual pieces should reflect upon your own understanding of strategic thinking and its link to corporate strategy.
