For each part you should discuss the basic science components (underlying facts and concepts) of all signs, symptoms, and tests performed, as well as an in depth discussion of each guiding question. The paper should mot reiterate the case, cut and paste from sources, must be in own words. Reference page with full references. Some resources that can be used are journals and articles, Clinical Ophthalmology by Kanski, Duane’s Ophthalmology, other relevant sources, and PubMed searches.
