The purpose of this assignment is to independently analyze a case by drawing on previously learned knowledge in your Health Science curriculum and the skills and tools that you have used in this course to date.
Directions:
Select one of the two cases shown below on which to conduct and write your Independent Case Analysis. Read the case several times, making relevant notes as discussed earlier in this course.

Write an 8 to 10 page case analysis paper which contains the following information:
1.A title page
2.A brief summary of the case
3.A discussion of the major problems present in the case and the relevant importance of each
4.A detailed analysis of the case using two of the five tools presented in Module 4, and including an analysis of any legal, ethical, and/or policy issues in the case.
5.A detailed approach for resolving the problems you previously identified, including rationales for your approach and an analysis of the evidence that guided your decision-making.
Be sure to label the five parts accordingly, to use APA guidelines for any citations and references, and to consistently refer to the scoring rubric when writing your paper.
