Assignment 2 – Logic Model
Develop a logic model based on your program “learning filter”. The logic model, in a diagram format, will be part of a 2 – 3 page paper that describes the model in detail. There are a variety of logic model examples provided through the text and the online videos. Use the model that best fits your program. For purposes of this assignment, your logic model should have three outcomes (short, medium and long), but not more. Describe the logic model outcomes in text. Please include a problem statement and if-then statement.

3- we made a small logic model in class for a small case study you can see it to take a quick look how make the logic model and how to write the problem statement and the if statement ( remember this case is very small ) .
4- The assignment is 2-3 page the logic model is just one page you have to described the model in detail in one to two page .
