Conflicts are often unexpected, unavoidable and overwhelming experiences that each individual endures through life or through their professional working careers. In 5-6 pages students are expected to come up with a case scenario preferably from their personal experience, that reflects a conflict in the workplace. What were the consequences? How did this effect others and the work flow? And how was the issue resolved? Please explain was the approach successful or did it end up increasing complications in the workforce?
