The objective of this course is to develop students’ ability to critically analyse approaches to individualised service intervention in the human services, in particular case management, and to plan and manage interventions from a case management perspective. Each of us comes to the course with different and valuable experiences to offer. Some of you may already be working in the field, while some will gain experience through the concurrent field placement. The diversity of student experiences and the fact that everyone has something to offer should ensure that our discussions are lively and challenging.
Course Content
