Please note that as we are wrapping down our semester, we have two more brief tasks in our Peer Project. These tasks are the same as last time. Here you will be asked to submit your peer assessment.
• Simply pay attention to your peer. Note down behaviors.
o Please take a look at your Blackboard resources.
o Focus is on CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. Make sure you note down the actual behaviors (e.g., general class contributions, behavior during listening, etc.)
Once again, the point of this assignment is NOT to make you paranoid, but more aware as a professional.
• Submit 1 file with BOTH evaluations.
o Advice for the future references – every time you are giving somebody feedback or putting down ANYTHING in writing, ask yourself – am I being objective? Am I sure about my statements? If anybody else saw this, would I be able to defend my answer? The way to answer these questions affirmatively is to focus on behavior and to be respectful.
