1. 1. My subject is Gold (Strategic), Silver (Tactical) and Bronze (Operational) UK Command Model during Emergency Response Operations. This is my (Themes). In addition I includes the USA Incident Command System (ICS) as another example. 2. I wrote a literature review on both models, summarising challenges and benefits from both models. 3. I am trying to design my Conceptual Framework based on Command Model Components or (Variables) based on the United Kingdom and US Models (be careful I do not mean Military Command, I mean Emergency Services such as Fire Services, Police) 4. I found (Personal Variables) such as Command, Situation Awareness, Communication, Decision making, Training, therefore I do not need more articles about those variables/components I have enough. 5. I am searching for other variables such as Regulations or Policy, Organisation, Doctrine, etc (those are ideas i am not sure about them, this is just a guide, I might be wrong), because of this I need somebody who can identify others command variables and components. I have a lack of those variables to build and design my Conceptual Framework based on those main variables or factors. 6. Therefore, I need a summary of the variables. 7. Each variable/component has to contain Indicators (also called critical success factors (CSFs). 8. Each variable/component may consist from 2-4 journal articles, peer-reviewed paper and Books (please understand that I don?t accept Internet source unpublished paper). 9. Each variable/component summarised in a page, for example if you found 4 variables that mean 4 pages with at least 10 academic references. 10. I will upload this document (Emergency response management in today’s complex society) Swedish Model. Read Chapter 8. Structuring a command organisation and Chapter 9. Command Support just to have an idea of what I mean by Variables and Indicators. (I did not include this book in my literature, so don?t worry about it, this book just to guide you and to help you understand the subject) 11. I will upload my literature review file to have an understanding. 12. Finally I need a Suggestion of a Conceptual Framework which must be designed based on Variables and Indicators. 13.
