2. Questions that must be answered within the paper:
a. This book described many pivotal cases in U.S. Supreme Court history. Please choose three cases and for each case, describe what the case involved, explain why the case was important and discuss what you found interesting about the case and include page numbers for the cases within the book.
b. What did you learn about the U.S. Supreme Court that you did not know before reading the book? What was your reaction to this (i.e. were you surprised? Disappointed? Had your suspicions confirmed?)
c. Based on your reading, what do you expect from the U.S. Supreme Court in the future? What do you think would improve our U.S. Supreme Court in the future?
5. Even though you must answer the above questions within your paper, the answers must not be written in outline form, but must instead be addressed within a fully-developed and well-written paper. When answering the above questions, you must refer to specific page numbers within the book. You must have at least five specific page references and at least three quotes from the book to support your answers to the above. These quotes must be three sentences or shorter in length (no “block” quotes are permitted).
