•Analyze a legal and/or regulatory issue that the organization has endured. ◦What legal and/or regulatory laws did the organization fail to comply with?
◦As outlined in your selected resource or from additional research, how did this issue affect the organization financially?

•Using a context from the perspective of the HR department for this organization. ◦What actions could have been taken to help facilitate a resolution?
◦Propose four to five actions that you could take to prevent these issues from happening in the future. Provide reasoning as to how these actions would help to prevent these issues from reoccurring.
