It is designed to be a research of practical tools that are used within the hospitality industry and make recommendations based on the research conducted (similar to a hospitality environment that would be researching & reviewing software before making a decision to
purchase & implement for their property needs).
Students will:
? Outline the background of the chosen management software
tool and how the system is integrated.
? Identify the positive benefits and the significant issues of
utilising the chosen software for a property. Consider how the
software tool can benefit a property’s operation & profitability
and the sustainability of a modern system.
? Make recommendations for any improvements to existing
processes.
