All pods shall submit an essay to the assignment page on whether the Supreme Court erred in Brown v Topeka Kansas, 1954. Review the actual opinion (Links to an external site.), and write a pod-created five paragraph essay.
The collective efforts of the pod should be first to thoroughly discuss the Brown decision and possible problems with it. Have pod members take at least two positions and tease out the consensus of the pod. Then help each member organize their thoughts.
