Guidelines for preparation and presentation of case analysis
1. Look for additional sources of information in the net, in scientific journals and popular press and elsewhere. Use data and information mining techniques.
2. Bring up your analysis to description of the present situation, but do not forget about history either.
3. Do not repeat information included in assigned texts, only very short synopsis followed by extensive analysis and commentary is recommended.
4. Answer all the questions formulated in syllabus.
5. Opinions and ideas different from the ones presented by the instructors are strongly encouraged.
6. When quoting somebody else’s opinion you should give him/her the credit and indicate the source. Remember plagiarism warning.
7. If you cannot answer clearly the question provide alternative options.
8. Do not forget about practicality of managerial thinking. Your analysis should be intended as potentially useful for someone. Imagine for whom.
