[order_calculator]Use as many of the UPPER LETTERS terms in the following paragraph as appropriate to your character analysis.
CHARACTERIZATION. The characters of myth and romance are heroes, but even heroes have what is called a “fFATAL FLAW” How the flaw leads to their DOWNFALL forms the dramatic interest of the story. The hero of the story is referred to as the PROTAGONIST to distinguish him or her from the ANTAGONIST with whom the hero is drawn into CONFLICT In more realistic stories, the focus is the more complex character of the ANTI-HERO(not to be confused with the antagonist), an ordinary person with a mix of strengths and weaknesses, unlikely to act in heroic ways yet full of psychological and dramatic interest – perhaps because we identify with the protagonist. Characters may be portrayed through direct physical description, their interaction with other characters, DIALOGUE (the characters speech) the characters’s own thoughts (INTERIOR MONOLOGUE), the character’s actions and behavior. Characters can be FLAT and static (one-dimensional and unchanging through the story – these are usually minor characters) or round and DYNAMIC (complex, undergoing a change or transformation through the events of the story). In analyzing characters, we examine the motivation for their actions (CHARACTER MOTIVATION), and how and why they change. We look at their conflicts (are they internal or external or a mix of both?), and how they resolve them.

[order_calculator]In Unit 3 you have read about the ways in which today?s education system and work environment affect the creativity of individuals, and the ways in which creativity may be taught and brought to life, or, to the contrary, suppressed. In this essay on creativity, you will reflect upon your own experiences in education (and possibly work) and draw conclusions about the ways in which creativity has been encouraged or discouraged in your life.
The Unit 3 readings propose several causes of both decreasing and increasing creativity in schools and work. In your essay, you will discuss specific course or work situations, showing how two contrasting study or work experiences caused you to a) suppress your creativity or b) develop your creativity. The causes you discuss can be illustrated through a description and analysis of teaching or training methods, assignments and/or materials that did or did not foster creativity. The readings will be used to support your contentions about the causes of creative development or the lack of it.
In the conclusion of the essay you can express your perspective of how the development (or lack of development) of creativity can influence the growth of individuals and/or societies of the future.

An investigation into cadbury adams Egypt corporate culture incongruencies. Analyses and evaluation are required for Cadbury Adams Egypt corporate culture and investigation of industry in Egypt external and internal. Is Cadbury Adams merger in Egypt successful taking into consideration different corporate cultures.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report presents an analysis and evaluation of Cadbury-Adams corporate culture and lack of internal consistencies. Methods of analysis include various strategic and cultural models and theories regarding an investigation of the external industry, internal organizational overview and proposed options and implementation. Secondary research methods were utilized as well as a questionnaire created and distributed to enhance the findings. Additional support information can be found in the appendices.
The aim of this investigation is to prove that the key ingredient to success of any organization is its people and that people working together are essential to sustaining competitive advantage. Through the results of the primary research carried out, it was proven that Cadbury-Adams internal incongruencies are one of its main strategic problems. Proposals were made in light of the strategic issue and extended to include an implementation plan based on scholarly recommendations.
The findings from this research suggest that to ensure long term sustainability in light of both the external and internal environments, cultural synergies are essential. Culture changes only after people’s actions have been successfully altered. More specifically, people must recognize the link between the suggested actions and performance improvement. This dissertation thus defines organizational culture as the emergent result of the continuing negotiations about values, meanings and proprieties between the members of that organization and with its environment.
Cadbury-Adams Egypt, in light of the recommended change management initiative, must highly regard that people define the organization’s culture, drive its performance, and embody its knowledge base. Experience shows that not adequately addressing and considering a wide variety of people and cultural issues, is at the heart of unsuccessful mergers and organizational transformations. Recognizing the “people” element in these initiatives and implementing strategies to help individuals maximize their full potential in the organization, while simultaneously managing the risk of reduced productivity and effectiveness that often occurs as a result of the changes, is the key to a successful merger and its subsequent transformation.
