? What skills you require to meet organisational goals and objectives? (If you are unemployed during your studies, identify an organisation which you would seek employment after completing your studies. What skills you require to meet the goals and objectives of this organisation?) Evaluate you own current skills and competencies against the professional standards and organisational objectives. Draft your current CV (LO 2.1)
? Identify your personal and professional development needs and what activities required to meet them. Produce an inventory of the needs and required activities (LO 2.2)
? Identify the development opportunities to meet current and future needs you have identified above. (LO 2.3)
? Devise a personal development plan to achieve your intended goal. This personal development plan (PDP) should discuss the short term objectives and long term objectives and the processes and activities required to implement the development plan. (LO 2.4, 3.1, 3.2)
? Critically discuss your own learning against the aims and objectives you have mentioned in the PDP (LO3.3)
? Update your PDP upon based following the above evaluation. You must submit PDP version 01 and PDP reviewed version. (LO 3.4) You will be assessed on the quality of the information provided in this assignment. You should identify the above issues clearly and present professionally in a report format. Your self evaluation should be ‘SMART’ than a mere description. You may analyse qualities of existing business entrepreneurs for you to carry out the self evaluation.
Write an essay. The essay must be written in professional manner and properly referenced. The essay should comply with the word count of 2000 with +/- 10% margin. You may use tables and diagrams to support your report to illustrate the text. Word count excludes the index, headings, information contained in tables, references and bibliography.

Assessment Format: For the first part of your report, identify one work based problems relating to the career/industry you are interested in/aiming to achieve/pursue. Discuss the learning styles which can be implemented to overcome the problems you have identified. For the second part of the report, identify and evaluate three time management strategies. Discuss the most suited strategy for you, justify your answer. (LO 4.3) Discuss how you have identified your learning and development method. Recommend how people could learn to identify suitable methods for development and suggest how you could encourage lifelong learning in personal and professional context. Evaluate the benefits of self managed learning to the individual and to the organisation. (LO 1.2, 1.3)
