MBA Final Dissertation Project on: Strategic & Marketing Development of non-fuel services solution, for Emirates National Oil Company

This is my final MBA project about Stratgic & Marketing Development of non-fuel services solution, for Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC LLC).

I am attaching the following docs to enable the writer to work on them:

1. MBA MANAGEMENT PROJECT GUIDELINES 2013/2014
2. EXAMPLE PROJECT PROPOSAL – as per the University requirements
3. Project Proposal – he can amend anything if he think it’s required
4. Marketing Assignment – to get some information on what ENOC can do or shall do for future to assist the writers on ideas that ENOC can implement for future.
5. Sample for MBA assignment in Marketing.
6. 2013 NACS show inside presentation –
7. NACS STATE of Industry Report – market overview.

I want the writer to work on the entire project, but to start now I would require Literature Review.

Pls note the following: ENOC is Dubai Goverment Company. In our country United Arab Emirates there are 3 fuel companies or operators only. ADNOC is Abu Dhabi National Oil Company belongs to Abu Dhabi Goverment and operates in Abu Dhabi and other emirates except Dubai. Another operator in market is Emarat which belongs to Federal Goverment. ENOC (us) and Emarat do not operate in Abu Dhabi since they have ADNOC. It’s just a gentlemen agreement between the rulers of each emirate. I am sure you know UAE consist of 7 Emirates. Anyhow, ENOC & Emarat buys fuel with international price and we have to sell it cheaper @ retail as per the low to public. We both operators encouter losses due to that. Even ADNOC sells on the same price however, don’t forget ADNOC is the huge giant that own Crude Oil mines and for them the losses in retail is just like a drop and losses in books but overall ADNOC makes $700 b profit. Now, since ENOC (us) are not allowed to operate fuel station @ Abu dhabi which consider a great market, we can open our convenience store which is now called ZOOM. ENOC started operating more and more non-fuel business such as expanding ZOOM market, starting Auto Pro service (tyre shop, car repair, etc), Opening their own F&B business and real estate as well. All these non-fuel services are now the target of the company to expand and franchise them in all over UAE including Abu Dhabi. We can enter Abu dhabi market as well with each non-fuel brand and expand easily. We also can start franchising these brands to others and get loyalty. ZOOM won many prices due to the quality, product offering and design. I will send you few links and presentation about ZOOM. I will attach few articles related to NACS Show that we attend in US for 2013 (National Assosiation for Convenience Stores).

from the guidelines which I sent you earlier on Lieterature review it should be 25% of my total work so roughly 3750 words. Also the literature review needs to focus on the academic theory (marketing / strategy models) that will support my dissertation rather than a market overview. The market overview information would go in the external analysis section. The literature review should focus only on academic literature, theories, concepts and research.
1. Customer Trend / Habits change 2. Customes Requirements 3. Market Growth and trend in UAE and Internationally
Looking at above points you need to dig on theories related to these concepts. as I noted above at this point of time getting ENOC trend is not the scope the scope within Lierature review related to the topics that I sent and also you need to add more topics related to it SUCH as Marketing Activities , Strategy Change, Diversification ect.

the marketing stratgy report that you are preparing shouldn’t contain about ZOOM development, actually we can show that ENOC now at loss and this report to give ideas / recommendations to ENOC to expand the non-fuel business like developing ZOOM mart @ METRO STations, open ZOOM at new areas of Dubai, start franchising opportunities for ZOOM and talk to different Emirates Goverment to convice them to convert the current groceries to ZOOM to up lift the standards and develop hygenic enviroment for customers. You can use TOWS / PESTEL / PORTER analysis to show the above at later stage as Marketing mix / marketing analysis. Actually, I’ve sent you my Marketing Assignment you can copy all the materials for the next chapter and you can take many ideas from it. Therefore, you think that ENOC just basic now and they have good team and experience so they can expand to other countries like KSA, Oman, BAH, Kuwait, and Qatar. We can offer our services to all the above countries and manage ZOOM / Auto Pro / Tasjeel (car registration/testing) / F&B to these countries. Since ENOC has got space at gas stations they can accquire Master Franchise in MENA Region from any country and start their own F&B business and once the concept is successfull they can expand to Malls like Dubai Mall, City Center, and ect For food business we can look at our current data from ENOC tenants to see which concept are doing better in the market like we can look at McDonald, Burger King, Subway, Pizza Hut , and ect sales revenu and based on that we can select the right concept for our F&B business There are many ideas i have…I can share it with you later on.

I am attaching 4 samples of A grade papaers on different subject. I require an acadamic person who can write quality paper similar to the attached 4 docs…

Description: This assignment will require you to write a paper on a major theological theme or topic of your choice that flows throughout the Old Testament. This paper should concentrate on the importance of the role this theme/topic plays in the Bible, the identification and discussion of
the biblical verses where this theme/topic is manifested, and finally and most importantly, how it impacts and informs your life, personally, as a Christian (in other words, how does the topic/theme you have chosen impact your spiritual life). The goal of this assignment is to have you prayerfully consider an issue or topic in your own life that you need to wrestle through, grapple with it in light of our semester working through the OT, and then capture your reflections in writing.

Some of the topics that you could write about include, but are not limited to, the following:

Faith
Mission(s)
Prophecy
Obscurity
Dishonesty
Leadership
Free Choice
Divine Providence
Trust
Generosity
Care for the Underprivileged
Insecurity
Idolatry
Memorial
Remembrance
Obedience Praise

Holiness
Wisdom
Family
Humiliation & Exultation

This paper should adhere to the standard formatting procedures and is to be at least five (5) pages in length but no longer than seven (7). In order to be successful in this assignment, you should aim to make the paper roughly 50% exposition of the Biblical theme you have chosen and then dedicate the remaining 50% to a personal application/reflection of that theme.

Assessment: Graded upon the legitimacy of the theme/topic chosen in light of biblical support as
well as the completeness of both the exposition and application sections.

Tips: As always, have a clear and specific thesis backed up by a well-organized argument based on specific details of the text(s). Avoid focusing on banal or obvious ideas (e.g., “the chorus provides a running commentary on the action of the play”). Choose your texts carefully: Make sure that the texts you choose are indeed ones where you think the role of the chorus is interesting. If you choose more than one text, figure out how they will complement each other in your argument. If you feel strongly that the function of the chorus is not the same in all plays, compare and contrast two plays, not three (three-way comparison is too complicated). If you choose to write on more than one play, even with the intention of contrasting the role of the chorus in two plays, you must have a single unitary thesis (not a unitary thesis: “I will argue that the chorus of the Ajax does one thing, but the chorus of the Medea does something completely different”). Maintain a clear focus on the chorus; do not drift off into summarizing the action of the play or the role of other characters under the guise of providing background information (“Ajax does this, and then he said that, and then Tecmessa does that, and then the chorus says….”). Since the chorus typically contributes very little to the actual action of the play, it will not be possible to base your argument merely on a bare outlines of the narrative – you must discuss actual passages from the text. As implied in the instructions, a major contribution of the chorus is to be found in its poetic performances, so this topic cannot be addressed without looking closely at some choral odes.

Prose and Mixed Media

2. Prose and Mixed Media: This option is to compare a literary piece with its cinematic counterpart. Again, you should focus on the literary aspects of the prose, but you would include vocabulary specific to the movie genre. You should be clear in your direction prior to viewing. You should watch the film and read the text more than once. You may decide to focus on what was left out of the film version. Perhaps you feel the omission was critical to the success of the film. Some prose writings do not transfer well to the silver screen, while some are better for it. You will write this in the third person, of course, even though this option is asking for your opinion. Your project should be 1,000 to 1,500 words in length with proper use of quotations and citations. You may present this in either essay format or a powerpoint presentation. For example, “The Jilting of Granny Weatherall” is available through Netflix, as are several other pieces in our course.

Trifles

For Essay 2, please write a literary analysis that examines a single poem or short story that you read in Weeks 4-5 (from authors Susan Glaspell, Eugene O’Neill, Langston Hughes, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Ernest Hemingway). Support your claim(s) about the text with examples and details from the poem or story.

There are several ways to analyze a work of literature. Two of the most common are below:

1. A formal approach–which examines one (or more) of the literary elements in a work and explains how it relates to the whole, thus contributing to a text’s overall meaning or significance. Possible elements to consider include plot, character, theme, setting, conflict, structure, point of view, genre, style, tone, imagery, symbolism, irony, narrator, foreshadowing, paradox, allusion, metaphor, rhythm, rhyme, etc.

2. A critical approach–which examines a work by relating it to the historical, social, cultural, or political situations in which it was written to show how the author was influenced by personal experiences, events, prevailing attitudes, or contemporary values.

Each of these approaches requires careful reading of the primary text, as well as a debatable claim that will need to be supported or “proved” with evidence (direct references, quotations) from the text. Remember, writing about literature is a way to broaden your own understanding and to share your own reading experience. While the second option (a critical approach) will obviously involve some background reading, you should not be going to outside sources with the idea of creating a “cut and pasted” paper of others’ ideas. Your primary concern for either approach should be an examination of the work of literature you selected.

Example of a poor thesis: “Trifles is a play about a woman who murders her husband.” (not debatable)

Example of a good thesis with a formal approach: “Mrs. Wright’s bird is the symbolic key to “unlock” the reason why she killed her husband. (debatable! Requires textual support to “prove.”)

Example of a good thesis with a critical approach: “Mrs. Peters and Mrs. Hale share experiences from their own lives as country wives that make clear why they are empathetic to Mrs. Wright’s situation and right to withhold their discovery from their investigators.” (debatable! Requires feminist analysis of story to “prove.”)

Because you are essentially arguing that your perspective is a valid one, you have to support it effectively with evidence from the primary source that you select (direct references to specific quotations, lines, passages, scenes, etc.). Remember that an analysis is not driven by plot. It’s driven by the “idea” that you want to communicate about the story or poem. If you consult secondary sources, be sure that quotations from them do not dominate your essay. You are not writing an informational report but rather a literary analysis that requires a close reading of the text.
