77 year old gentleman was admitted to the ward from A&E department after being found collapsed at home on the floor. He had been discharged from hospital 5 days prior to this after being treated for Myocardial Infarction.
His past medical history: COPD, angina. Smoking and drinking alcohol, confused.
You may choose to focus on, for example:

a broad area such as rehabilitation, or a clinical focus such as pain management. You will examine and critically analyse the literature on your topic. Topic is; Myocardial Infarction
A student who chooses to focus on cardiac rehabilitation will in week one explore the pathophysiology of Myocardial Infarction and the physiological role of cardiac rehabilitation. Will investigate and critique the literature on the psychological impact of surviving an MI and undertaking a rehabilitation programme. Will examine the evidence regarding the social implications of MI and rehabilitation.
The nursing priorities will be explored and examined and finally student will bring this all together into comprehensive, evidence based examination cardiac rehabilitation and patient care.
For this assignment you will produce a 2500 word essay focusing on the issue you choose.

Main Body
This should include a comprehensive Critically analyse of the literature relating to your chosen issue, you will need to specifically address the related pathophysiology, psychological and social aspects.
Conclusion
You should summarise the main finding/ conclusions drawn out from your discussion/analysis. Remember no new information should be included in a conclusion!
