Conflict can be common in the workplace and can have both positive and negative repercussions. Describe some of the common sources of workplace conflict and discuss personality characteristics that are effective in managing conflict. What are effective strategies for conflict resolution? In your opinion what is the best way to manage workplace conflict and why?
