the practice�s policies and procedures due the recent implementation of a new
Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Based on your research, you want to
recommend the appropriate policy initiatives that will positively influence the data
integrity of the new EHR. In addition to revising existing policies, you need to develop
and implement new policies and technologies to protect data integrity and validity.
