Do you think that any of these disciplines are more important than any of the others, or do you think that there are any additional disciplines that could be more important than the ones that were named here? Personally, I think that the shared vision is one of the most difficult to achieve because in order to truly share the vision, employees need to be empowered, well rewarded, and feel included in decision making. This is easier to do in small groups or organizations, but many people I know who work in large organizations do not feel that they are part of the vision.
