This laboratory work was done in two sessions.I have includes both copies.secondly,some of the criteria and format is listed in the second lab manual.In addition to the criterial,The report needs detail information for a first class student.In addition,why the stain was used,what are other staining techniques,why neuronal cells where stained and not glial cells,what makes better staining,why cytosol is stained more in neuronal cells,what staining techniques are use to be about to identify glial cells,compare glial cells and neuronal cells,how this staing can be use to distingush them not only in the brain but other body organs,use excel to draw graphs showing the density of the staining as compared to one that has been carried out before in a cited paper,different functions of the glial cells as oppose to neuronal cells Using excel and image G, locate the various brain regions which are visible and the glial cells,including sub-cellular organelles,more about why this type of experiments are usually carried out,etc ..I have attarched the light microscope view of the cerrebelum under magnifications x4,x10,x40, and x100 ; and also a view of the glial cells in the hippocampus under x100.I also sent a photo of the mouce brain which is very similar to that of my sample.The different parts can be identified and labelled.Also,the should be a discription of how further the various parts are from the center of the brain, .etc.I will give you more information about any new information that comes up.Please,Apart from writing in a professional man could you follow the layout giving in the second part of the practicals(practical 2)
