After watching the EOP/AIM video, write a 4 page proposal to create an EOP/AIM program at your institution. A minimum of three sources should be included in this paper, and your paper should conform to the standards of writing addressed in the syllabus.
Assume you have been given a charge by the Vice President of Student Affairs to create an EOP/AIM program at your institution, and you must create a proposal to present to the university’s president that explains why the program is necessary at your institution (how it will increate the retention and success of students in the program, etc.). Specifically, your proposal should include and/or address all of the following:
Why an EOP/AIM program is necessary
How much money you are asking to be allocated to the program and an explanation of how it will be used
Research on other successful programs
Benefits of the program (i.e., increased graduation rates, retention rates, etc.)
Types of programming you would include in the EOP/AIM program
Description of how the program will be marketed to prospective students
