Submit a final research paper on one aspect of diversity in higher education. The length must be at least 10 pages and not to exceed 12 pages double-spaced (300 words per page) not including the title page and bibliography.

Content (40%): The topic/focus, website or event should be adequately examined and reviewed. The research paper must cite sources from respected academic journals and scholarly books and not based on popular periodicals and newspapers. The research paper should summarize current research findings.
Analysis (40%): The topic, website and event should be critically evaluated and assessed. The literature reviewed for the research paper should be examined and integrated to form a coherent perspective. The thesis should be addressed and arguments and other ideas adequately synthesized.
Composition (10%): Information and ideas should be organized and clearly expressed. The mechanics of writing–grammar, punctuation, and sentence structures—must be error-free. The research paper must be in APA format including proper in-text citations, endnotes and bibliography.

Originality (10%): The reports and research paper should reflect the individualized inquiry, creative ideas and imaginative concepts of the student.

Research Paper Outline
You are asked to research and write a paper on factors that contribute to the success of students with learning disabilities in Higher eduction.
The outline below is to guide you and not necessarily to be followed rigidly. An excellent paper will have the main parts of the outline elaborated with evidence of literature review, investigation and personal analysis of all aspects of the topic. This assignment is to be treated as an exercise in graduate research writing. Thus, the literature review must be based on academic journals and scholarly texts. Moreover, it should be well organized and written with evidence of thoughtful deliberation and personal reflection (originality).

Grading
Content – 40%: How complete has the topic been covered? Are all aspects of the topic represented? Were pertinent scholarly literature reviewed and included in the research?
Analysis – 40%: How carefully was the material examined? Were all aspects explored? Were important arguments addressed? Was the subject matter and research well understood? Was the summary lucid and convincing?
Written Composition – 20%: How well written was it? Did the student use proper grammar, punctuation and sentence and paragraph structure? Are there any typos? How well organized is the paper? Are there appropriate footnotes? Is the bibliography in the correct format?
Originality (10%): Did the student think about the topic beyond the collection of data and research? Is there anything showing creativity? Are there personal touches that indicate extra effort on the student’s part to make the paper more interesting? Was it interesting to read?
