For this project, you will identify an adult learner who is currently or has recently (within last two years) participated in a sustained learning experience as an adult (for example, a credit course at any level, a continuing education non-credit class or human resource training project that meets for several weeks or a sustained community or independent self-directed learning project) and interview her/him to learn more about learning experiences from the learner’s perspective.
Many of your questions should be open-ended so that interviewees have the opportunity to elaborate on their experiences.
After you complete your interviews, the next step is analyzing your findings, and writing a short paper to share what you learned. You must use APA format. you need to reflect upon what you learned from the interview and relate it to what you have been learning in class.
