AT LEAST 7 page paper on management strategy formulation. The three main states of strategy formulation are Input, Matching, and Decision. You can spin off on those three categories and use tables and graphs to help exemplify and take up space.
Input= summarizes basic input info needed to formulate strategies. (EFE Matrix, CPM Matrix, IFE Matrix)
Matching=generates alternative strategies by aligning key external/internal factors. (SWOT analysis, SPACE matrix, BCG matrix)
Decision= deciding on a strategy using a single technique- Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
Describe the complexities of evaluating strategies, key situations/techniques, analysis, conclusions, recommendations, etc.
Must document in APA format using at least 3 text book references (doesn’t matter if you actually use the book or not as long as you make reference to them in citations). Need at least 6 citations on the works cited page.
