Task 1 – (70% of your Grade) – a maximum of 3000 words
Produce a formal, Management Report that develops and expands on the outcomes that were presented to your client.
This Report should provide a robust academic underpinning for the operational and performance decisions that you made, using/applying models and concepts that were explored in the module and from your wider reading. Academic underpinning requires you to acknowledge all sources of information that you provide with proper citation and referencing in the Harvard style.
You should also provide evidence from the research that you conducted, the data that you collected, observations that were made, and your detailed critical analysis of that data/information.
This will provide a clear support to the conclusions that you arrived at and the recommendations that you made to your client.
Task 2 – (30% of your Grade) – a maximum of 1000 words
Produce a critical reflection of your individual contribution to the whole project. Critical reflection requires you to analyse your individual contribution and also how you operated as a group. Here are a few areas that you may consider. Think not only in terms of what you did, but also why actions were taken, what went well and why, what could have been improved and how, and how you have developed personally over the course of the project and what you would do differently in the future?
