This is for a psychological assessment class and I attached the syllabus so you can get a clear understanding of what the class is about. It is important that you look at all of the attachments before starting the assignment and you can refer to previous assignments (2) that I have paid for in the past by your company to get a good feel of what has been written in the past.
The key is for you to start writing from has already been written on the attachment titled “Revision Request please work from this version to add changes.” That will be the template that you start typing directly on. However you can look at the template titled “Revision request This is a sample of the template” to look to see what the final version that you write should look like. So what that means is with the information I supply you will make changes to part V:

I gave you a starting point with some data but you also have to add data regarding the TAT pictures that I attached. The assessment instruments you will write about are the MInnesotal Multiphasic Personality INventory, the HOuse-Tree-Person, and THe Thematic Apperception Test. SO when you look at the paper I started there is stuff about the MMPI-2 and the H-T-P which I want you to read through and add too and also write about the TAT based on the pictures I attached information to complete part V. Then you need to add the Diagnostic Impressions. Look at the sample template for what \type of stuff should be included in that section. All three test should be referred to in each part.Although the TAT decription is listed that is what you will use because the client is decribing the picture and you need to analyse that. THe client is C.H.YOu need to write up summary and then 3-4 recommendations. Please do not duplicate what is provided in the sample template. COme up with recomme3ndations that fit for C.H. then list the sxaminer name and the supervsior. Should you have questions please let me know. It is vital that you look at all attachments and be sure to create the final version that looks like the sample of the template attachment but you can write on and add to the attachment that says add changes t othis version. I will include more detials in a message to you to give a little more as to what should be included in each section. Please analyse C.H. according to the three instruemnts I mentioned and refer to each in each section. I included each test results in the attachments
