The teacher said that the topic can be of my choosing as long as it was on a chapter covered in class. I would prefer it be based on due diligence analysis of real estate in chapter 6. we covered chapters6,1,2,3,4,7,8 so far.
But I also need a one page outline and a one page power point by 3pm on 10/25/13 that I must turn into teacher two hours later. I need this because I have to email it to teacher and review it with her via some computer program .These are only supposed to be an outline of the paper ( that’s what it sounds like she wants in the syllabus anyway).
The textbook I use is called : real estate finance and investments: risk and opportunities, peter linnenman,3rd edition:isbn 978061544951-7 ( you don’t have to use the book but the topic should have something to do with the material we covered in class)
