I am in a project management group of 6, we planned the security of a company’s staff working in the North African region.
Before now i had no prior knowledge in project management ( the use of PRINCE2) to manage a project.
On completion of this task we are to choose any of the following points to reflect about
Team or Group Cohesiveness
Communication
Leadership
Conflict management.
I would like my reflective essay to be on team cohesiveness.
In the project management group we produced a Project initiation Document (PID).
I was the group leader and project manager, i would upload some of the minutes of our meetings and a rough of what transpired in my group. (MY REFLECTION).
I must state that in my group we really worked as a group despite never knowing each other prior to now.
