The course is the International European and Refugee law.You have to try to answer the question , making a legal argument using purely legal sources such as, case laws,Journal articles, legal books and etc. Please use advance english level as it is a master level paper with more than 14 sources and more importantly you MUST use endnotes( footnotes in the bottom of each page and bibliography.. The question is as follow:1. “Human rights claims based on such matters as ‘gender-based violence’, ‘human trafficking’ and ‘sexual orientations rights are what State Parties have signed up to, and amount to an illegitimate use of the Refugee Convention”Critically discuss this statement in the light of recent case law.
