Research Proposal and Review of Relevant Literature as Table 1.
A. Research Proposal. Each student will choose a suitable topic involving an HRD or
Industrial Management-related topic (depending on their major) and will locate at least 4 credible sources from Google Scholar and Library databases and write a proposal for their semester paper based on their background research.
B. Table 1. Each student will more thoroughly research their chosen topic
by gathering a total of a minimum of 10 scholarly sources (peer-reviewed) from Library Databases and will thoroughly read and synthesize their research into Table 1.
Your paper should include methodology section, and Table 1 that lists at least 10 peer-reviewed articles in some type of useful format depending on the focus of your research question. For instance, if my topic included looking at the definitions of Shared Leadership, I would have a Table 1 that listed my 10 or more studies and the definition that each article gave for shared leadership.
Note: This version of your paper will be submitted through SafeAssign which means you need to have a Citation for each main thought in your writing. At a minimum, you should have AT LEAST one citation for each paragraph of your paper. Be sure you properly Reference anything cited in your paper.
