On page 201, “failure is never the objective of any endeavor. The objective is to succeed, and success always requires some amount of learning. And learning always involves mistakes, errors, miscalculations, and the like along the way. Learning happens when people can openly talk about what went wrong as well as what went right… Be an Active Learner…. Create a Climate for Learning.”
Write a story about a story about a failure in your life and what is has taught you. I want you to use the pages 192-193 to talk about psychological hardiness and how you have bounced back or adapted from your particular mistake. The best way to accomplish the above questions is to write a story about your interactions, hitting the class-material-relevant highlights.
