According to Griffiths (47), videogames play a fundamental role in teaching certain skill. In his article, the education benefits of videogames Griffiths (47) argue that, video games improve reading concentration in the sense that, it improves the hand-eye co-ordination. In outlining various benefits of videogame, Griffiths argue that, videogame are powerful research tools. Typically, videogames assist in examining an individual characteristic of goal setting and enhance interaction, which as result, stimulate learning. With no doubt; Eberhart (17) argue that, the learning principles found in videogames are outline to be effective in reforming the education system. This is because; videogames attribute high concentration to the extent, many students do not realize that they are learning. If such an attitude can be adopted at Canadian Universities then, many students would find education enjoyable. It is borne in mind; videogames enhance critical thinking in the sense that, students learn as they play games.
In conjunction with this, it has been outlined that, videogame is a treatment for different mental health concerns (Griffiths 48). This is because; some students that concentrate for a long time may end up in depression due to overworking the brain, and by having a tool that adopt an attitude that enhance both interaction and concentration is the most effective tool in learning.
With this in mind, video game is the basis of ensuring that students concentrate on their studies effectively. In facts, the key characteristic of the good academic library is its measure of supporting academic pursuits of institutions. A well staffed library leads to students achieving well academically thus; establishing its goal in the realization of institutions objectives of learning methods that enhance concentration.
Audio books
In reality, audio books are outlined effective learning in the library institution. Unlike books or the video program; audio book enhance multitasking tasks in that, a student can learn from the audio book as he still do other tasks that do require much concentration.
Reasons for purchasing Audio books in a library
It is a well-documented fact; audio books are effective tools that help students learn words, which may have been difficult when read in books. Audio books create an interest in knowing literature. Often, students prefer listening to literature script that reading it. With this in mind, audio books prove to create an exposure for students to learn literature thus, expanding their knowledge in English. The aspect of the students being bored is very minimal as the professional actor narrates the course materials in the learning process. Additionally, Audio books are effective learning device to learn foreign languages. It is a well-documented fact; it is easier to learn a new language if a student hear it often rather than in written material. With this in mind, the benefits of using audio books hopefully should provide an opportunity for readers to learn effectively through minimizing the danger of being bored. A hope for increasing reading in the Canadian university library can be achieved through introducing audio books. Research suggests that, audio books play a vital role in the library in the sense that, it increases the academic performance thus, establishing the core reason for the library enhancing knowledge (Eberhart 30). Additionally, this will make a significant improvement to students learning habits fundamental to the knowledge-based-society.
E-books
In facts, in the space where there is comparably sized print book, the e-reader potentially has thousands of the e-books collection, which takes the little weight and little room. The electronic book also called e-book is the book length publication within the digital form that consists of images and text, readable on the computer or otherwise other electronic version of the printed book.
Reasons for purchasing E-books in a library
With no doubt; the E-book has many benefits in a library. It is important to note that, E-book is easy to purchase or download via the internet in the sense that, the user click the links he wants, and the e-book automatically download to the computer to the folder of the user. Through introducing E-books to the Canadian university library, students will benefit from storing files in a laptop, CD or notebook with no weight. As a result, a student can read e-book anywhere for instance on the train, bus and while queuing, which enhances effective learning process. In conjunction with this, e-books are safely stored than ordinary books thus; imposing security aspects.
Subsequently, E-books play a fundamental role when carrying out research in the sense that, the user can carry out the research at any place provided all materials required in research are there. In facts, the main objective for purchasing E-books is that, it promotes reading in the sense that, students spend more time on screens than in printed books. In addition, E-book ensures that literature endures through enhancing interest to study via e-books. In this regard, studies indicate that, many libraries are burnt thus, destroying books (Kirriemuir 6). E-books enhance globally searchable thus; an effective tool for students to gather information globally in minutes or seconds without transporting. Typically, E-book enhances publishing many books that a time may be costly to produce.
Microform
The main objective of introducing microfilm in the Canadian University library is due to the preservation strategy of eradicating newspaper collection.
Reasons for purchasing Microform
The main objective for purchasing a microform is for the purpose of limiting storage space of documents, which as a result, reduces the price reproduction. With this in mind, microforms will result to numerous benefits in the library for instance; it will greatly expand the admittance to collections without damage or theft of valuable items. Additionally, it’s impossible to damage in the sense that, the user cannot tear pages of the disfigure microforms. Despite the challenge of minute; we will use the frosted acrylic, which will be used to magnify the image.
Wired Surveillance cameras
With do doubt; the video surveillance cameras have become popular and most fundamental in the library institution. With this in mind, purchasing surveillance cameras will enhance constant monitoring of the library.

With no doubt; this enhances level of security effective monitoring, which as result, prevent illegal activities and theft. The primary goal for installing Wired Surveillance cameras is to act as preclusion to criminal activities by alerting the stationed security officer about any theft.
Detectors
According to Kirriemuir (8), detectors play a fundamental role in the library environment in that; they enhance security and effective monitoring. It is a well-documented fact; detectors ensure that, those that carry out library materials do so with permission granted.
Reasons for purchasing Detectors
In facts, the core reasons for purchasing detector are to ensure that no library materials are stolen and enhance effective monitoring. In conjunction with, Detectors are powerful tools that play a fundamental role of keeping a daily record of the books taken out and not taken out. With no doubt; purchasing detector will assist in keeping daily records. Eventually, this will enhance that, the library has the most demanded materials for students in addition; ensures that, there is progress of introducing new materials annually.
Conclusion
In facts, a school library is essential for education progress. With no doubt; a library should come up with goals that enhance that education needs are met. With this regard, for the Canadian university library to progress in the future; there is a need for purchasing new materials that will improve the overall running of the library environment. Being the director of Canadian University library, I have established some materials that will affectively enables the library to meet all academic needs. As discussed in this paper, some of the materials to be purchased are Detectors, wired Surveillance cameras, Microform, E-books Audio books and videogames. The main reason for purchasing detectors is to ensure that no library materials are stolen, keeping daily records and for monitoring. Surveillance cameras enhance the level of security by preventing illegal activities and theft, Microform limits the storage space of documents while E-books play a fundamental role of storing files in a laptop, CD or notebook with no weight. Finally, videogames improve reading concentration through improving hand-eye co-ordination.
Budgeting for these materials is fundamental in that; most materials are brought by information science, which has gone beyond tradition methods of learning habits. Having established the progress that has occurred in technology with no doubt; for us to be competitive we require being equipped with materials that embrace the advanced technology in hand.
