Inbound Marketing and the practical application in an early stage start up

The paper has to be on the theoretical aspects of inbound marketing. Furthermore it has to connect to practical aspects and how it is used in a young start up (examples).

My first Idea for a structure of the main part would be as followes: (+ introduction and conclusion of course)

1. Social Media Marketing
1.1 What is SMM
1.2 Upsights and Downsights
1.3 Affiliate Programs
1.4 (Best Practice) Examples
1.5 Application in a young Start up

2. Search Engine Optimisation
2.1 What is SEO
2.2 Positive & Negative
2.3 Application in a young Start up

Please focus on european and north american academic sources and do not use more than 3 web pages.

Individual Essay

Essay Topic:

While change is being heralded as necessary for organisational survival, at the same time organisations seek to “sustain their competitive advantage by reducing uncertainty and securing continuity” (Huy, 2002:31). DISCUSS the paradox of balancing the need for change and the need for continuity.

In order to complete the essay, these are three compulsory references that need to based on and the essay has to be related to these references as well. The first reference (Chreim S 2005) has to be demonstrated a little bit extra as it is very important and useful.

The last but not least, please avoid any plagiarism. Thank you!

Probation and Parole vs. Prison Position Paper

Explain Robert Martinson’s position on the issue Probation and Parole vs. Prison using the article he wrote.

Locate at least two outside sources that either support and/or reject Martinson’s position on the issue (one article may support Martinson and another may not–that’s ok).

Be sure to briefly explain what these sources say. Finally, based on the cursory review you have done on this subject, do you agree or disagree with Martinson/your sources on what works?

The paper must be a minimum of 5 pages in length (does not include front matter or references and other back matter), maximum 12-point font, 1-inch margins, include your name, and utilize proper APA citation format.

Empirically Supported Treatments for PTSD

PS525-2: Examine issues surrounding research methodologies and empirical support for current psychotherapeutic interventions.

In the early 1990’s Division 12 of the American Psychological Association, the Society of Clinical Psychology, established criteria for determining the quality and quantity of existing research supporting a particular treatment for a variety of disorders. In 1995, Division 12 categorized treatment meeting these criteria as either well-established or probably efficacious with both sets of criteria requiring replicated demonstrations of efficacy through high quality trials or case series.

For the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, three trauma-focused treatments and one non-trauma focused treatment are currently deemed as well-established. In addition, another non-trauma focused treatment is presently identified as probably efficacious. One other treatment is considered potentially harmful, and is without research support.

1. Using this link, www.psychologicaltreatments.org, navigate to the APA Division 12 website.
2. First, by perusing the website, briefly state the difference between well-established and probably efficacious.
3. Then, under the Disorders tab, find PTSD and identify both the well-established treatments and the treatment regarded as probably efficacious. Provide a brief description of each treatment (either from the description provided on the website or from another source).
4. Next, locate a recent (no older than five years) peer-reviewed article that both describes a treatment’s protocol and examines its efficacy for each of the five treatments (do not use the references provided on the Division website as they are generally older than five years). You may use articles that compare two or more of the treatments but you must obtain a total of five articles.
5. Now, briefly provide a summary of the specific treatment provided (e.g. number of sessions, the content of the sessions, etc.) as well as a summary of the methodology of the study contained in each article including the sample, sample size, assessment measures used and the results of the study. Do this for all five articles.
6. Based on your analysis of all five treatments, indicate which treatment you yourself would be most likely to use when treating someone suffering from PTSD. In your response, include the answers to these questions:

• Based on what you have learned, how important do you think it is to process the actual trauma with the client (as opposed to teaching the client current adaptive responses/coping tools)? Provide your rationale.
• Under what circumstances would you consider using a treatment that is not considered to be empirically validated (well-established or probably efficacious)?

WINNING MARKETING STRATEGIES IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. A COMPARISON OF BENETTON, BURBERRYAND ZARA IN ARMENIA

1 Objectives and rationale
Appropriate subject for the studies of the student, though not a challenging topic, an acceptable hypothesis and research questions.
2 Research process
A general and poor description of possible research strategies and the importance of research as such. No specific methodology drafted.
3 Literature review
Such a chapter formally does not exist. Content wise presumably chapter 4&5 intend to be something similar but does not fulfil the purpose.
4 Findings and results
As no research has been done, no surprise that no meaningful conclusions could be drawn – and even in this short chapter contradictions with the students previous sentences , like the statement on the role of loyalty (page 12&38).
5 Discussion and conclusions
A descriptive introduction of the chosen 3 brands, with vague traces of analysis and criticality.
6 Communication and presentation
A careless presentation totally unacceptable in any level of education -incorrect spellings in great number on all pages, wrong grammar, words of sentences written without space (e.g. p29, 31 etc.) Harvard style referencing practically is neglected (sources referred to are not part of the reference list) and also a great number of quotes with quotation marks (e.g. p23, 24,25, 26 etc.) and even worse, – presumably – without quotation marks (p18,19,22,33 etc.)
General comments:
Due to its presentation deficiencies (grammar, spelling, lack of structure referencing etc. ) the dissertation shouldn’t even have been assessed. But to help student rewrite it and in line with the regulations of the program the paper got a full assessment, highlighting its most drammatical mistakes and weaknesses. The subject is appropriate for the studies of the student, though not a challenging topic, and has an acceptable hypothesis and research questions . No specific research methodology has been drafted, instead a general and poor description of possible research strategies and the importance of research as such have been summarized. Literature review as a chapter formally does not exist. Content wise presumably chapters 4&5 intend to be something similar but do not fulfil the purpose. The core part is nothing more than a descriptive introduction of the chosen 3 brands, with vague traces of analysis and criticality. As research has been scarcely done, no surprise that no meaningful conclusions could be drawn – and even in this short chapter contradictions could be discovered with the students previous sentences, like the statement on the role of loyalty (page 12&38). As said in the beginning a careless presentation, which is totally unacceptable in any level of education -incorrect spellings in great number on all pages, wrong grammar, words of sentences written without space (e.g. p29, 31 etc.). Harvard style referencing practically is neglected (sources referred to are not part of the reference list) and also a great number of quotes with quotation marks (e.g. p23, 24,25, 26 etc.) and even worse, – presumably – without quotation marks (p18,19,22,33 etc.). The paper is far from reaching a pass level unfortunately.
Kárász Zsófia
General comments:
Due to the rather lower quality and non-logical structure the paper was unable to satisfy the requirements. The rationale of the topic choice was more or less given. An acceptable hypothesis was stated, however with a more defined statement the area of the research could have been better focus. Whilst the related theoretical aspects were mainly descriptive, those which were mentioned (chapter 2, 4, 5) could have been developed with a more analytical approach. In order to provide a good understanding of the academic background a well-established framework of literature review should have been demonstrated with up to date and relevant ( and appropriately referenced) sources. Within Chapter 3 ( p12-24) you were unable to convince the reader that you understand what research methodology is about. The success of the paper is mainly based on the adequately applied research methods, therefore the author should have appropriately chosen and critically reasoned for the suitable methods. The chosen brands were only introduced at a superficial level, and the main aspects of their academic relevance were rather ignored. At an MSc level, these brands should have been analysed in the light of the theoretical background. Nevertheless to achieve a pass mark you have to follow the guidelines, as well as you have to be familiar with the purpose and goal of this dissertation.

Global now

Surf the global flow of information for news. Consider what’s happening (or not happening) that plays out across some, or a full range of scales – personal, local, urban, regional, national, or transnational, and that can be seen through the lens of design.

This week you will consider the various news sources that are the primary (or perhaps secondary) platforms for the circulation of ideas and information today and locate an issue, event, story, product, design, exhibition, etc. that relates to the topics explored by the readings(I will upload the reading by PDF) of the same week. You will provide an abstract from the original source, and write a brief text (up to 250 words) explaining the relationship, and situating the issue within the larger frame of design.

You are asked to consider the broader meanings of design that go beyond the field of visuality and the creative disciplines – design as problem solving, as a conscious intervention attempting to evaluate and change an existing situation, as a grass-roots or top-down approach, as a way of framing issues, as politics, as a way of communicating messages and agendas etc; and thus, explore design as a constantly shifting collective understanding and vision shaped by global and local factors. For example: while to many it is obvious how an exhibition is about design, it is perhaps more interesting to explore the design aspects of a political campaign: from its visual identity (colors, graphic design, clothing, media presence etc) to more subtle matters like choice of words and themes, speech, media and public presence, issues addressed etc.

In short, you are free and encouraged to report about anything that is current and that interests you, and to critically examine its relationship to design, and to the larger issues at stake.

Record that event in the following template:

Headline:

Date:

Source:

the issue:

Link:

Abstract (no more than 150 words) / photograph / diagram (depending on the nature of the source – print, video, photo, etc):

How it related to the reading(150 words):

How it related to design (up to 250 words) :

phenotype changes During Cellular Differentiation

TASK: Write a maximum of 200 words each describing the phenotype of macrophages and osteoclasts – where are they derived from and what
is the functional role of each cell type? This will be handed in with your practical report

– the second question is TASK: Write a maximum of 200 words each describing M-CSF and RANKL –
what is the role of each cytokine, where are they derived from and
what is their effect on their target cell type?. This will be handed in with your practical report.

-Describe the functional role and the normal pattern of expression of:
1. GAPDH ,2. TRAP, 3 .c-Fm .

-These qusstions can be found in the prac manual that I will attach.

– The report should be set out with as follows: Abstract, Introduction, Aim, Methods (brief summary), Results and Discussion, Answers to the Practical Questions.

Abstract:

1- Short –single Paragraph.

2- Not the place to waffle on with background information

3- Aim (one sentence)

4- Method (overall Method) No details

5- Main result (one sentence about my result )

6- Overall conclusion (why doing practical) one sentence .

Introduction :

1- This provides the background to the experiments.

2- Sets the scene for why you carried out the experiment

3- What question are you trying to answer ?

4- Why is the topic important ?

5- What dose the reader need to know to understand you experiment ?

6- No method , no result

7- Finishes with a clear statement of aim (write the hypothesis as question) And the hypothesis (is that RANKL induce the tenparer expression of TRAP mRNA which were translated into TPAP protein leads to the differentiation of MQ into OSTEO’S.

Method : Write a very brief information, it is only one page for both experiments and refer to the practical manual and (Aurum Total RNA Mini Kit- please see the attached ) as references .

1- Practical stream 1 (Phenotypic changes during cellular differentiation.

2- Practical stream 2 (using gene expression changes to monitor macrophage and osteoclast differentiation.

Result : Present the data ( gel photo).

Discussion: You need to explain why you saw the results that you did Refer to literature . And write the Nile hypothesis (it is hypothesis that RANKL doesn’t induce the tenparer expression of TRAP mRNA which were translated into TPAP protein leads to the differentiation of MQ into OSTEO’S.
