•Search for articles about your industry, products, services, competitors in high quality publications. For example, In the Library’s EBSCO Suite, you can search Academic Search Premier for a publication (e.g., Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Forbes, Business Week, Fast Company) and a topic (e.g., restaurant industry, child care industry) or competitor (e.g., TGI Friday’s, Kindercare).
•Check the Yellow Pages and/or web searches to identify competitors.

The people in the sales department were more business oriented and did not make crude comments to Cyndi. She was now dressing in tight skirts instead of jeans and tee-shirts.

Cyndi was still joked with when she would have to go to the Plant floor, which was located on the same grounds as the sales department.

In January 2014, John was still asking Cyndi to go out and became aggressive in public by touching and brushing up against her. Cyndi would object every time he did it. The other workers started copying John’s activities.

On May 5, 2014, Cyndi negotiated a large deal with National Auto-Parts Stores, Inc. On 1 May, the deal was announced at a sales meeting on the same day that John attended. After the meeting with others in their presence, John asked Cyndi if she had slept with the National Auto-Parts Stores, Inc. buyer. Cyndi said no and left the building upset.
