It is imperative for the organization to increase employee’s motivation and enhance more efficiency and effectiveness to staffs productivity. Organization commitment demands, conducive working environment, culture, individual and team behaviors and willingness to provide competency to organization through collaborative actions and choices over time and realize objectives. Good leaders create confidence and security to team members and lower employees’ nervousness in work.
Team building, good organization climate and shared vision and values create a strategic framework that makes employees feel a strong link with the organization. Though this, employees will be more committed to the organization, promote organization products and will always have a positive impact to the organization as a result of increased productivity and enhanced customer relationship and skills.
