Submit a draft of your final paper, of maximum 2000 words (the final paper will be 6000 words).
Please present a structure that follows roughly the 3 required parts:
1. Critical literature review of theories of innovation, change, and leadership of innovation and change
2. Two examples of changes you have directly experienced, one successful, one less so, critically analyzed (not described!) through relevant theoretical frameworks
3. A self-assessment of your own leadership skills, including an identification of strengths and weaknesses. This might be a natural extension of your analysis in section 2, but it focuses on yourself.
Literature review will be done only on parts already covered, but will give your tutor an indication of the quality of the critical review you are performing.
Word count: 2000 words.
The assignment must include a clear structure with abstract, bibliography, appendices, and diagrammatic representation where appropriate. You must make appropriate use of journal articles, research papers and texts.
