The NSA’s vast access to communications data of American citizens, including phone records and online information. Is this a violation of Americans constitutional rights?

Last year, Edward Snowden revealed information about the scale and details of the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA)’s global surveillance operation. Perhaps most noteworthy is the NSA’s vast access to communications data of American citizens, including phone records and online information. Is this a violation of Americans constitutional rights? In your paper you should discuss both positions, taking into account the specifics of the NSA’s operations, any relevant constitutional concerns, and the applicability of the constitution to the modern world.
Requirements and Tips:
The requirements are as follows: 6-8 pages of actual text, minimum of 5 sources, 12-point font (Times or Times New Roman), 1-inch margins, and double-spaced. This does not include any title or reference pages. Short papers generally lose 10 points per page that they are short. Papers need to follow APSA Format Guidelines, include in-text citation (not footnotes) and a reference list. Students do not need to include an abstract.
The quality of Internet sources varies, so be careful when using these types of sources. Also, just because someone says something does not mean that it is true. If your source says that someone or something was great or important, or something along those lines, ask yourself, relative to what?
Do not use online or printed encyclopedias as a source for your paper. This means that you are not to use Wikipedia, Answers.Com, or similar sources. Use of these non-credible sources will receive significant score reductions.
Do not use contractions in formal academic writing.
Spell check your document but remember that spell check does not catch the differences between homophones (e.g., their/there, role/roll, etc.).
Grammar/syntax/mechanics matter! Excessive mistakes that interfere with our ability to read and understand your essay will result in a significant score reduction.

This week you will be starting work on your Final Project for this module. The purpose of the Final Project is to apply the concepts and techniques of the module to the analysis of real-world situations or problems. Students are expected to use diverse sources of information and to carry out an original analysis rather than summarise or rehash existing work. Students are encouraged to use situations and data from their own experience where possible.
Your task for Week 5 is to prepare and hand in a proposal including the nature of the project, the sources of information you plan to use, and the most important concepts and techniques to be applied. You will receive feedback on the proposal from the Instructor in Week 6, which will give you time to make adjustments.
For this project, you will research the international business activities conducted in one specific emerging market by a well-known multinational company or a multinational organisation you know well. Multinational enterprises are often present in many international markets, so you should limit yourself to looking at the organisation’s activities in one target country or regional market, such as: (a) one of the BRIC countries—Brazil, Russia, India, and China—which are large enough on their own to be discussed in some depth, or (b) an emerging market region, e.g., South America, Central America and the Caribbean, Eastern Europe excluding Russia, Southeast Asia, or sub-Saharan Africa (or a sub grouping such as West Africa).
Your task is:
1. To assess the progress made by the organisation in establishing itself in the market from first planning its entry strategy until now.
2. To analyse the environment of the emerging market concerned, with reference, for example, to any cultural, political, or legal features that the organisation needed to take into special account.
3. To evaluate the organisation’s strategies: first for international entry, then for organising and structuring its global operations, and finally for maintaining competitive advantage in the face of new challenges and changing conditions.
4. To come to reasoned and evidence-based conclusions about the level of success achieved by the organisation in seizing the opportunities and overcoming the problems present in the chosen market for expanding its international business.

The great Roman Poet, Lucretius wrote, “Things cannot be born from nothing, cannot when begottend brought back to nothing.” This statement became an accepted theory as a result of the work of the chemist, Lavoisier in the 18th century. This is the law of conservation of matter. Similarly, the law of conservation of energy is an important law in physics. Can you discuss the validity of the conservation of energy in terms of potential (gravitational or elastic) and kinetic energy by giving real-life applications?
